Overview: Has anyone’s nesting instinct ever kicked in a little late and so you wait until 3am the night before your baby is due to cut out over 300 decals to stick on the wall in their nursery? No hahaha mine neither! All jokes aside, this is hands down my favorite room in our home. As corny as this is, I distinctly remember sitting in her rocking chair, multiple days a week, just because I was terrified and excited and nervous and vomiting with all the feels ahead of her arrival. It was important to me that the patterns and color weren’t too loud, but that it introduced a bit of personality and sass that my child was inherently predisposed to. It’s not my fault. It’s genetics. Someone else gave it to me.
